How do I get started with Pizzos?

Connect with a sales representative and sign your service agreement. You'll then be paired with a dedicated implementation specialist who guides you through onboarding — most shops are live within 24 hours of hardware arriving.

Can you import my menu from my old system?

Yes. Our onboarding team imports your full menu — including sizes, crusts, and half-and-half topping configurations — so you're not rebuilding it by hand.

Do I have to use every feature right away?

No. Many shops start with the POS and phones, then layer in payroll, marketing, and accounting as they settle in. Our implementation team helps you turn on more when you're ready — it's all included either way.

What does Pizzos cost?

$400 per month per location, which includes every feature — POS, delivery management, AI phone answering, marketing, payroll, accounting, and your own branded mobile app. Card processing starts at 2.9% + 30¢. Payroll usage is $6 per paid employee, and an optional bookkeeping + accounting add-on is $250/mo — self-serve accounting is included in the base price. See the pricing page for details.

Who pays the $2 digital order fee?

Your customer, at checkout. AI phone orders and online orders carry a flat $2 convenience fee; counter orders never do, and none of it comes out of your pocket.

How does the driver network work?

If you don't run your own fleet, route delivery orders through the Pizzos driver network for a flat $7 per delivery. It's optional, per-order, and never a percentage — the order and the customer stay yours.

Does the AI phone answering really know my menu?

Yes — it's synced to your live menu, including half-and-half toppings, sizes, and specials. It places orders directly into your POS, and hands the call to your staff whenever a customer asks for something it can't handle.

Does Pizzos work if my internet goes down?

Yes. Offline Mode lets you keep taking orders so the line doesn't stop — accept cash and manual card payments, then reconnect and process those orders once you're back online.

How do refunds work?

Process refunds directly from the POS app or your dashboard — a whole order, a specific amount, or individual items.

What marketing tools are included?

Email and SMS campaigns, audience segments, loyalty programs, promotions, and gift cards — all built in, all connected to your real order data.

Is payment processing secure?

All card payments are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant infrastructure — sensitive card details are never stored on your devices or our servers.

When do I receive my payouts?

Card sales are batched each evening and paid out the next business day. How quickly funds land after that depends on your bank.

What happens to my data?

Your data is used only to provide and improve the service. We never share your customer information in a way that identifies your customers.
